For the safety and comfort of our clients

• Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to stay at the spa without adult supervision. New clients should plan on arriving early in order to fill out short form.
• All returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 fee.
• A 24-Hour cancellation notice is required. Missed appointments will be charged a 50% fee or Gift Certificates will be canceled, unless client reschedules within 24 Hours.
• All late appointments will have service time cut for the total minutes late, so we can start the next client on time.
• Cell phones must be turned off when you check in at front desk.
• All returned pruducts will receive a store credit - returned within the month of the purchase only.
